Excellent Deryck - that is the right address for Charles senior in Bath.

Now - did they really have a daughter so late in life, or is it this Edith?

Edith Lucy Julia Wastell (per the IGI) was Charles senior's grandaughter - parents Augustus and Georgina Harriet Wastell. Her death is registered in Brighton in 1865.
