I am having trouble finding Blanche dalwood Wilkinson's marriage to Hugh Cuthert Eric Cate

they are on  the 1914 electoral in Victoria and onwards he was a CLerk.

He was born in SA by his WW1 record and enlisted as married wife Blanche Cate address in Victoria.
