NEWNHAM in Sussex

Hi all

I started my family tree research about 4 years ago, hit a brick wall, left it for a bit but have now come back to it and fill in the gaps!!! 

Therefore if anyone has any information about NEWNHAM's living in Sussex, mostly Cuckfield, Horsted Keynes, Danehill and the surrounding villages that would great! Also would be interested if any of you have women in your family tree's that were Newnham's before they married so I can try and work out where they all went!!

do you have any first names ,ages,etc
as an example there are 77 people with the name newnham with cuckfield on their entry in the 1861 census
cattell,alcester
vickers,sulgrave
hewish,holborn
manley,bethnal green
barnes,bassingbourn

Oh yes I have quite a few names and dates etc! I keep all the research at my parents house as I got frustrated with it last time so I will dust it off and post some further info.

HI,

I AM RESERCHING ROSE BORN NEWNHAM 1895 AND WILLIAM 1900 BORN HOSTED KEYNES, HER MOTHER WAS A WIDOW AND SHE WAS LIVING WITH WILLIAM GASON A WIDOWER. ROSE WAS PUT IN A LOCAL CONVENT AS A CHILD . SHE WAS A ROMAN CATHOLIC OR MAY BE HER MOTHER WAS. I THINK HER MOTHER WAS CHARLOTTE.
THE ADDRESS WAS  CARAVAN DANE HILL RD HORSTED KEYNES.

HAVE YOU ANY INFO REGARDING
