I have two WW1 German postcards with very faded handwriting on them. I think they were originally written in pencil. Anyone any ideas on enhancing them please? A scan comes out virtually blank even at 300dpi.

Hi Roger  :)

If you don't have access to a graphics package, it will be difficult. I'll Pm you my e-mail for you to send a scan (600dpi, no compression, full colour!) and see what I can do.

Thanks very much for that Gadget, probably not before Wednesday, though might just be tomorrow.
