There is a baptism for a Salome as well, if that is useful

If it's around 1863 it could be Noah's sister - can't find it on the ref you gave.

Hi Paul,

I am also researching my family tree and believe we are related.

My Mother's name is Edna Growcoot and she was born in Market Drayton and then moved to Dursley when she was a child. I understand we have lots of family in Liverpool and Wolverhampton although we now live in Bristol. She had an Uncle Fred and I have attached a picture in his RAF Uniform.

My Grandfather's name was Harry John Growcoot and he had two brother's Noah Growcoot and Phillip Frederick Growcoot. Their parents names were Noah Growcoot and Sarah Bill.

I would be pleased to here from you as we could compare family trees and I have lots of old photos of the family I have scanned onto my computer.

Regards
Amanda

Samuel Hancox & Salome Hancox (Growcoot-Groucott)

I  don't know whether this is of any use but I have a copy of a marriage certificate between a Job Fletcher & Mary Hancox (Father - Samuel Hancox) & it was witnessed in the presence of an Edith Bill.  I don't know if this is of any help or a complete coincidence.  Sorry if I have wasted your time ,  I am very new to this & am losing all hope of doing my own family tree as I don't really know where to start, but thought this info might help you.
