Stewart & MacDonald
« on: Wednesday 03 June 09 06:27 BST (UK) »
Hi everyone. I am trying to find the family of Ann MACDONALD born 1815 Forres.  Parents, John , army pensioner and Janet TULLOH.  Ann married Alexander Stewart in 1837, Forres, and 1841 were living in Caroline St, Forres. By 1851 had moved to Aberdeen.
I think Ann's parents were living at Back St Forres in the 41 census.
Thanks very much.

Hi Toot.  Although relationships are not given in the 1841 Census I'm sure you'll agree that William, aged 3 and Mary, aged 1 are Alexander and Mary Stewart's children.  The IGI gives the name of another child -  Barbara, born 4 Aug 1855 St Nicholas, Aberdeen.

Isles.
