Could it be n° schedule instead of an address?

It is in Hadfield, Glossop. The address before and after says Thornley Mill and then Bank Bottom.

What would be meant by no. schedule?

Hi

I agree with Tati its  'No Schedule' the householders had to fill in the forms & then they were collected & the info copied to the enumerators books, so maybe they lost their schedule.

Yes it could be "no schedule" and not an address as it's repeated twice in that enumeration district. I've never seen this written before.

However, this is in an 1841 census and I would be surprised at such a level of literacy then. I thought the enumerator usually filled in the details himself if the householders couldn't so surely it wouldn't have been such an extraordinary event that a record had to be made. As I said, I've never seen this before.
