welsh census .. hurray ?

hello everybody 
yes the welsh 1911 census but can anybody help me find a hilda williams ( born 1910 manchester maternity home )with  mother gwendoline williams
dont know much else ...
no dob for gwendoline...
when hilda married she said her father was jack but we know she never new her father... long shot but maybe that was grandfathers name....

we know hilda was raised by her maternal grandparents in rhyl..but we dont know their names she was very ashamed of her past and info is limited
when she was born mother gwendoline gave west street rhyl as her residence and occupation was tailoresses apprentice.
