1861 Staley
« on: Thursday 24 February 05 20:29 GMT (UK) »
I am looking for Walter Jackson born 17-3-1860 Hollingworth/Mottram
father John
mother Sarah

they could not be found in Hollingworth and I know John was in Staley in 1869 when he married his second wife so could have moved to Staley as early as 1861.

thanks to anyone that can help.

Hi Peter..............you are a STAR, thank you so much for finding them.
I see John now gives his place of birth Lancashire, I will have to see if they can be found in 1851 and see were he thinks he is born as so far I have Dumfries Sotland, Kendal Westmorland and Lancashire not even close are they, I think the enumerators just want to make things difficult.
anyway thanks once again I am so very gratefull.
