NSW BDM certificate question

Hi there Everyone,

A quick question - I have a certificate in front of me and I've gone blank. When putting the BDM reference into my FH program do I use the Cert Number or the No. in Register or both? I'm sure I know the answer but seem to be having a "little moment". Can anyone please help???
