Seeking information regarding the emigration from Co Fermanagh Ireland to Australia - 1870, of James Banford/Bamford and wife - Margaret Emerson Banford/Bamford w adult children: Margaret, George and several Moffat grandchildren.  Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.

Presently - no clues to where in Australia the James & Margaret  Banford/Bamfords located after leaving Ireland 1870.

I wonder how you know the family left in 1870?  Any clues as to the ship they travelled on may be helpful.

We are searching for the parents James and Margaret with adult children Margaret and George and ? MOFFAT grandchildren...do you have any names?   Did the MOFFAT parents emigrate as well?

Have you any knowledge of any their ages?

Thank each of you for the suggestions.  As to how I know the emigration year from Ireland was 1870 - that was given to me some time ago, but with no ship name.  Sorry I can't give more clues.

(The parents of the Moffat children were Jane Banford Moffat and Galbraith Moffat Sr.)  Jane was a daughter of James and Margaret Emerson Banford/Bamford of Co Fermanagh Ireland.  I have only recently come into what information I have regarding the Banford/Bamfords emigration from Ireland to Australia; it is skewed.  Disregard Moffats until further information comes to light.

Sincere thanks for any help with the Banford/Bamfords.
