pre 1922 Northern Ireland records are included in the Irish Civil Record index,  available on familysearch at : http://pilot.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=2;t=searchable;c=1408347

you can order certs from the GRO - www.groireland.ie, or the PRONI - www.proni.gov.uk/ edit : see correct information below in post by akanex2.

using the Index details record type (birth/marriage/death), name, registration district, volume & page

Civil registration certificates for Northern Ireland are NOT available at PRONI - the correct place to search is GRONI (General Registrar's Office of Northern Ireland)

http://www.groni.gov.uk/index/order_certificates.htm

Some marriages from this period are also on EmeraldAncestors.com subscription database - If you post details maybe some kind member could do a look up for you.  The certificate details would be available for £4 at http://www.ancestryireland.com/database.php?filename=db_QUIS

You could write to the The National Library of Ireland, Kildare Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. e-mail info[at]nli.ie  they should be able to tell you which registry to get in touch with.

If the marriage took place in Belfast, the registration will be at GRONI even if it took place before partition.  Your best best is to check out the free marriage search on ancestryireland.com which includes both civil and church records.  Beware though - it need exact spelling to work so try several alternatives if it come up blank.

Good luck
