what i thought on other papers is Cruickshank on this one it is Cruckshank

Don't get hung up on spelling. Until about the 20th century you get the same person's name(s) spelled in umpteen different ways. As long as it has 'Cr..sh..k..' treat it as the same name.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

this is quite a major interest i have here on researching this family.so i wouldnt call my self an expert whatsoever, so i do appreciate all the help i can get , so thanks heaps again.
