PRITCHARD - Western Australia

Hi,
Angelina Elizabeth Wood and Arthur Henry Pritchard (both originally from Birkenhead, England) married in Perth, WA, in 1895. They had a daughter, Florence Gwendoline Pritchard in 1896, and Angelina died shortly afterwards (June 1896) and is buried in East Perth cemetery.
I'm completely stuck regarding what became of Arthur Henry and his daughter after the death of Angelina and would welcome any suggestions as to how I might go forward.

I checked out the online early Electoral Rolls, and there's no Arthur Henry Pritchard listed in what is online.

Nor is there just an Arthur Pritchard listed on the early Western Australian rolls. 


There is a Florence Gwendoline Pritchard listed in Victoria on the 1924 roll....she's living at 44 Pasco St, Williamstown and she's a clerk. No other Pritchards listed for that address.

That looks like it is your Florence Gwendoline Pritchard on the Electoral Roll in Victoria.

Here's her death......

Flor Gwendoline Pritchard died aged 53 at E PTON in 1949.
Father  = Arth Hy PRITCHARD and mother = Angelina Eliz UNKNOWN
Ref = 6643

Can you tell us the parents of Arthur Henry Pritchard? It may make finding his death easier......

Florence Gwendoline PRITCHARD is at 78 Williams Rd, Armadale, Victoria in 1936. Occupation is listed as typiste.

There are no other Pritchards with her at that address, but there is a family of Pritchards living at 58 Williams Rd.

That Arthur appears to be buried at Karrakatta Anglican Cemetery cemetery.....

I can't see the death reg for Angelina Elizabeth PRITCHARD...was hoping to find her age, but have found her burial record at East Perth.
