Hello

I am looking for any information for Robert Hughes born approx 1879, Flint, Flintshire Wales.  Robert married Catherine Powell ,in Leigh, Lancashire, then at some point moved to Barnsley, in Yorkshire.

Occupation of Robert, coal miner.

I have found Robert in the 1901 census living Leigh, Lancashire age 22,  but cannot find him before or after.


Any information would be appreciated.

There are lots Robert Hughes born Flintshire ca. 1879 so I think we're stuck without any more information. Waht details does his marriage certificate give about his father?

You said you don't have him after 1901 - isn't he still in Leigh district, age 34, in 1911? (Not sure because I don't have access to the details)

I have access to the 1911 census, but its not him. I will wait for his marriage certificate to arrive and take it from there.
