I tried to send a personal message but I believe you have not made enough posts ( ?3)  for me to be able to do this. I hope we can get in touch.

Hi Roford
I am still hoping we will be able to contact each other as our grandfathers  Ambrose Benjamin Clarke and Alfred Richard Clarke ( who appears in a census as Chas A and on birth certificate as Charles Alfred but later known as Alfred Richard ) were brothers.
Regards Annwi

Hi . Sorry for the delay, I should like to receive / give a P M .
My mother is a Clarke and was a best friends with Maud [daughter]of Edith Maud.
I recall my mother talking about auntie Rosa who then I think lived in Cardiff.
     Roford.
