Ok Girls,

There are twoCharles PAYNE's

The one I am interested in has a mother Hannah PAYNE. Not sure on the father as I said.

Now the other Charles PAYNE  who married Elizabeth was born Vic. The one I am interested in was born June q 1839  Kelsale, Suffolk England.

If I had a spare $$$ I would get the transcription of Charles Payne, 1921,  Stroud Father Samuel mother Hannah Then I would know where he is buried and if he married or not.

If you are confused so am I.

Hi there,

I am also trying to find Charles PAYNE
He is Hannah's brother. He was born June Q 1839 Suffolk, England
I have found a death for him in 1921 ref 14709 Father Samuel Mother Hannah District Stroud.

I have no idea if he married or not. Will have to wait till end of month to get death transcription

I have looked at the Stroud Cemetery site and he is not there.

I had been told that he married a Elizabeth BURCELL but can find no marriage on NSW for them.

Can some one hellp me find his burial or other info please

Newbe

PS: Trying to tie up loose ends on this part of the family
I shall put that death to one side Jenn

I think I have confused myself and every one else as I had Elizabeth down for both Charles' wives.
Mine was born 1839
the one in Vic was born 1856

I've not had to use a NSW transcription agent yet.....but Newbe's experience is a very good recommendation, isn't it?  :D  :D
