Thomas William Coe married Elizabeth Warren on 15th June 1897. One of the witnesses was Charles A Coe, his brother.

As above, from reply #14, someone asking about where Thomas Coe was buried. He and his wife Elizabeth were buried in Kilturk Graveyard, Kilmore, County Wexford.

I have ancestors from Askinch Inch Gory Wexford. My people were McClatchie, married in to the Gilberts.
I believe Dollar was another associated name.

A Thomas Coe from Co Wexford, son of Richard Coe per his 'next of kin' declaration, enlisted on Short Service in the Yeomanry on 6th Jan 1900.

There were only 10 male Coe's in the whole of Co Wexford in the 1901 census so this family could be related to the Coe's mentioned above.  He went to South Africa for the Boar War campaign and discharged himself in June 1901.
