Womens Land Army

My Mother was in the WLA. I know she was based at Eaton Hall, Utkinton near Tarporley Cheshire.

Where would be the best place to start finding out any information about my mother specifically?

Ta!

Eaton Hall, is the private home of the Duke and Duchess of Westminster, it is just south of Chester, and is not near Tarporley. Do you mean Eaton Farm, which is near Tarporley?

That seems more likely  :) , Utkinton Hall is between the village of Utkinton and Tarporley.
