Thomas Stephens/Stevens

Hi everybody,  Thomas was my GG Grandfather who was born in Wombourne in March 1815. He married Charlotte Mallen born circa 1811 in Hall Heath, Kingswinford on 8 October 1839 at the Queen Street Chapel in Wolverhampton.
Thomas's father was William Stephens, a labourerand Charlotte Mallens was Isaac Mallen, a farmer. I also believe that Thomas lived in Wombourne all his life and could have been the local cobbler or as they said in those days cordwainer. At the moment I am at a dead end so any info before this time or on the 1841 /51 Census would be much appreciated. Harry
