Hi Alyson - There is a marriage in Llangarren
24th July 1788
Thomas Hall married Sarah Alloway

In 1841 there is still a Hall family in Llangarren (Langrove then known as Long Grove) William possibly a younger brother of Samuel.

My GG-Grandfather is living in Llangarren at this time also, and one of my dads best friends was a Colin Hall, Colin would have been born about 1920.

Sorry I can't help anymore, but it's definately Llangarren.

The Parish records will be in Hereford
