Hi John

I've now managed to look at Annette's death certificate.

Annette Parrent died 25th March 1884, the veuve (widow) of Jean Mauger, from affection du coeur (heart disease). Present at the death was Sarah Burt and Annette died at 15, Bryon Road!! She was aged 58 years.

That seems to link them all together.

Stewart

Dear Stewart - I have just posted this message and I do hope this reaches you.  I'd love to hear from you - what is your link to St Luke's Church in Jersey??

Sue Young

Dear Frank Norman

I just cannot believe this and I do so hope that you receive this email.

I am the daughter of Joyce le Templier and Thomas Gordon Young, born in 1948 on June 1st, 10 days after my father was killed in a plane crash (May 20th 1948).

I see you posted this message back in 2007 – what is your interest?  I’m afraid I don’t recognise your name but I would simply love to hear from you.

It is so strange – my mother is still alive, 84 years old and in somewhat frail health. She now lives in a residential home in West Sussex.  She is very much on my mind at the moment and I just suddenly decided to Google her name which is how I came up with your posting.

In great anticipation

Sue Young
PS  I am also going to try to send this to the person who wrote about the St Luke’s Church records.  I hve never used this website before and don’t really know how it works!!  My grandfather, Reginald Le Templier was for many years the Verger at St Luke’s.

Hi Stewart,

Thank you for all your information on the MAUGER family,
it has tied up a few loose ends for me.

It is nice to know that there are people like you who are willing to research other peoples families, and I very much aapreciate it.

Once again thank you very much for all your help.

Best Wishes.

John.
