1851/61 census lookup please OWEN

Hi , looking for my gt gt grandfather have him on 1871 living in Leicester with his wife and family also his mother who was widowed , trying to locate him on earlier census to see if he had any sibling's and his fathers name and occupation.
his name is Joseph Owen (plasterer )born in Staffs
wife Maria and his mother Catherine who was born in Ashby-de-la-zouch on the 1871census they are on pg 12 folio 100  , grateful for any help

The Only Joseph Owen of the right age
Was in Measham married to a Jane and two small Daughters
He was a carpenter and came from LICHFIELD Staff.

1851.
City of Leicester NO Joseph's found  or in the County
even checked for Catherine in both City & County but didn't find her ...
Maybe he was still in Staffordshire....
Have you tried putting an enquiry on the Staff's section within this site ?
