Hi Boydi,

You need to know the Court where the trial took place.  Being a murder trial I would think it would be the Victorian Supreme Court.  You can then write or phone to order a copy of the transcript but beware that it is HUGELY expensive.  Last time I heard it was something like $8 per page for photocopying.  A complete trial would run to thousands of pages (and dollars).

Thankyou Andcarred

It was remanded to be heard at the Melbourne magistrates court & signigicant psychiatric history was involved. Could possibly have gone to the supreme court after that. Hopefully I can find out.

Hi boydi

I don't know if the following database will be helpful or not, but worth a try.

Thanks Genni
Got onto the supreme court but unfortunately because of the nature of the case it has ministerial privilege & all they would tell me was the trial date.

Never mind,
