Letitia Brown and family from Moneydig, Londonderry

Letitia Brown was born in Moneydig, Londonderry around 1820. Her parents were possibly Samuel Brown and Letitia Cannon though I have no further info about this family.  In the census Letitia shows up as a soldiers daughter.
Any info about the family would be great

Am wondering your sources for information about Letitia Brown as there were quite a few Letitia Browns in Moneydig.

Samuel Brown of Moneydig married Letitia Canning (c1783-1879 Walpelo, Iowa) and had at least 10 children- John (1805), Martha (1807), Alexander (1809), Elizabeth (1812), Robert (1814), Hugh (c1818), Letitia (1820), Robert (1822), Samuel (1822), Thomas (1825).

I found the info Family Search. I appreciate you can't base the evidence on just this one entry so was looking for more help to try and pin this down one way or another. I'm hoping to secure the marriage cert of Thomas Eyre which hopefully will tell me their father's names. Again, any help will be appreciated

IGI record of the marriage of Thomas Eyre and Letitia Brown (1836) doesn't list her birthplace, birthdate or parents' names so how are you trying to make a connection?

I made the (assumption) on info I thought I had found on familysearch with reference to her marriage to Thomas which then led into her parents details. After your message, I went loking for it and I can only think I was dreaming as I cannot find it.  The details I found did not list any children only that of her parents. So I shall carry on looking because it is there somewhere.

IGI has the marriage of Thomas Eyre and Letitia Brown (1836).
Separate entry for a Letitia Brown, born 182, daughter of Samuel and Letitia (Canning) Brown.
Could it be that you found the marriage in IGI and then the separate Letitia Brown entry and thought it was all one record?

Very possible and at the moment the only explanation, though I 'm not usually that clumsy using caution until I'm sure and have firm evidence.  Maybe this time I haven't been so cautious, I must remove them from my tree until I can verify the information.

Let us know when you do get a copy of Letitia's marrage certificate- wth her father's name and occupation might be able to sort out her family.
