A challenge for all

There are almost no photos of my mother and grandfather together.
They were all lost or destroyed in 1974 by cyclone Tracy. 
This is the only one I have knowledge of. If anyone is able to make something out of it I would be more than thrilled ;D

A couple from me

Irene

There is a charity organization over here that do "runs" to areas hit by natural disasters such as hurricanes floods, etc and collect damaged photos. These are then digitally repaired by volunteers and returned to the owner at no cost. It may be worth looking into to see if there is something similar where you are.
