hello can any one help me with a look up for a Samuel DOWSETT on the essex 1841 1851 census he was born in 1829. according to a ships list of convicts to nsw.He was sent to nsw in 1854

If someone can find his birthplace from the 1851 census, then I can have a look in the 1841.  The 1841 isn't name indexed.
