The current parish website has contact details
http://www.bowdonparishchurch.org/

Otherwise there are film copies of the registers for various periods at Trafford Local Studies at Sale Library, Manchester Central Library and Cheshire Records Office at Chester. As your profile gives no indication of your location, I can't tell if these are convenient for you - if not you could probably order film copies through a local LDS Family History Centre.

Thanks very much

I'm not far from Sale so I will try the local studies centre.

Just a thought Adam - and I may have timed out.

Trafford Local Studies do hold various records of Bowdon - but I am pretty sure thay do not hold details of Memorial Inscriptions.  I don't think the Bowdon MIs have ever been published.   However the Archivist at Bowdon Church has these records which I believe he has had a lot to do with himself.

Consequently if it is MIs you are after then I think contact via the Bowdon Church website posted by mrhsmh would be best.  He is an enthusiast I think.  At one time he was very active on a Rootsweb Board.
