Hi,

I am trying to find a link between my great grand parents and Seymour F Proctor.

Seymour died in 1996 in Bishop Stortford (aged 76 years)

I am hoping that his parents were Robert B Proctor and Kate Proctor (nee Morgan).

It is possible that Seymour married in 1948 (Grace D L Hersey of Surrey).

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can confirm a link? I would also like to know if Seymour and Grace had any childres.

I really appreciate any suggestions

There is a birth registered (Freebmd) Seymour F Proctor Dec. 1/4 1919 Medway 2a 1521 - mmn Morgan. 

The only possible Proctor/Morgan marriages I could find - 
William Proctor Dec. 1/4 1906 Burnley - with Margaret Morgan on same page
John Proctor Dec. 1/4 1895 Barnsley  - with Harriet Morgan on page page.

Of course there is no guarantee that either of these couples married each other. 

The best thing would be to shell out for Seymour's birth certificate.  Then you would sure that you had the right couple.

Seymour's marriage would be too recent to be on the freebmd index.
