I presume you mean 'Of Clara, Kings County'. Clara is a small village in the north of the County. King's County is now know as County Offaly.

Griffiths Valuation (c1850s) shows some Curtis entries in Co. Offaly - one of which is listed in Kilbride Civil Parish, the same one as Clare town.

The ruins Cluan Castle is in Kilkenny, near the village of Kilmoganny. Kilkenny is the neighbouring county to Offaly. Cluan means the meadow. Spelling is important when looking for places in Ireland. The word CLUA does not exist in Irish Placenames. Kilmoganny means the Church of St Mocheana. Kilkenny means the Church of St Canice but the ilder name is Cill-Chanaigh-na-cloch-n-aoil, Kilkenny of the limestones.
Regards.
 Tom.
