John Patrick Larkin

I wonder if anyone has any information about a John Patrick Larkin. He was born about 1887, unsure as to where. He married Helen Leighton Barclay in 1912 in Larbert, Stirlingshire and had a daughter Janet in 1926.

His parents are Terence Larkin and Sarah Cook.

Any information would be grately appreciated.

Hi and welcome to Rootschat

There is no trace of him on the 1891/1901 Scottish or English census with those parents so I suspect he may have been born in Ireland

However - there is this birth reg

John Patrick Larkin June qtr 1887   Fulham Volume: 1a  Page: 280

In 1901 he was an inmate in an industrial school and I cannot find him in 1891 with his parents
