Colin's 1803 baptism in the OPRs clearly shows his mum as Frances:

Monica that’s what I was thinking but the dna sort of convinced me.  As for the Catherine what an amazing find I had no idea of her.  It does possibly explain the brother John naming one of his daughters Catherine
