Powick hospital, worcester

I wonder if anyone can help me, my grandad died in powick hospital about 1969, was wondering if i could view his patients records,
i dont understand the national archive website but not sure who to contact to find out if i can have access to his records or not,
would be grateful if anyone could advise me plz

The records are held by Worcestershire Record Office, access to records less than 50 or 100 years old may be restricted, seems to vary by record office  :-\
