Hayes and Hubbard Families

Looking for help on the above families.
John Hayes age 21 of 4 Albert Street Sunderland (coal ?i think trimmer shaftwork), Father was william hayes coal miner,
also Johns wife Ann Hubbard age 24 of 15 Auberly Street Sunderland, and her father a Joseph Mills Hubbard, insurance agent.
These details are from a marriage certificate dated 14/07/1913.
