They're pretty elusive, aren't they! :P

I suppose you have 1881 as well:
http://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin/sse.dll?db=uki1881&indiv=try&h=1589223
RG11/3554 88 19

Here's a possible match in 1841:
HO107/1465/8 23 5
Onchan, Isle of Man
Parade

Jonathan Duke, 20, (something) Stable Keeper, b. England
Elizth, 20, b. England
Mary, 15, b. England
Jane, 15, b. England
Joseph, 2, b. England
Samuel, 1 mo, born IoM
Samuel Dale, 15,  b. England
Margt Quince, 20, Female servant, b. IoM

(the indices at htttp://www.iomfhs.im are much better than the ancestry ones) - samuel baptised Douglas St Barnaabas 18410418 to Johnathan + Elizth Dale - their previous child was born england thus they arrived c.1840. thus Sam dale is possibly a bro to elizth

Quince is actually Quine - the missing word was livery

Parade (the Parade later Parade St was nextdoor to the red pier - Dixon has a liverery stable there in 1837 (look at directories on http://www.manxnotebook.com ) but I can't find a J Duke as owner  - Duke is a Manx name (sometimes rendered Juke) but this family looks english

The wife in 1861 may not be the same as in 1841 - Douglas St Georges 18590802 marriage of Johnathan Marshall Duke to Eliza Maly  (you need to look at film to check this - should give father's name - maly may well be Maley) - you could try http://www.isle-of-man.com/cgi-bin/interests/genealogy/bulletin/index.pl?noframes; to see if anyone on-Island will do a look up otherwise look up igi films on www.manxnotebook.com and borrow the mormon film of the official copy of the parish regs
any thing with a Manx Connection
