India Marriage

Hello I wonder if anyone can help me find a marriage between Cyril Arthur Clarke and Winifred (Winnifred) Annie Smith in India between 1930-1945??
My Father was born 1945 in Poona and they are definately married then.  His brother and sister were born Delhi.
Cyril was in the British Army serving in the Welch Regiment.  I thought they were married in England but talking to a relative she is 100% that they married in India (which puts my whole tree in question  ) so any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

Hi thanks I've tried FBIS but the marriage shown there isnt my grandfathers - um really stuck not quite sure where to go from here!!
