Hi Tom
Good to hear from another distant relative... I'm slightly confused as your grandmothers name seems to change from Cathleen to Catherine ??.. also her age on the census .. The 1911 has her as 12 yrs old & the 1901 one has her as 9 ?? ...I'm wondering is there a chance that their two seperate people ??... Sharon has been brilliant with all the effort she put in and the information she uncovered .
As she said the photo looks familar I'm going to have a root through them again see what I can find ..

Regards

Anthony

Hi Anthony,

Sorry I made a mistake initially - my grandmothers name was Catherine and was married in 1920 and the bridesmaid was Rose Reid. Great to hear from lost relatives. My mothers younger sister is also still alive and I am planning to show her all the info I have on the Bennetts/Reids. I'm sure she may be able to fill in some blanks. The girl in the photo is extremely like my grandmother in the photo I have. I would also like to see what other info/pics you have if you don't mind.

Regards

Tom

Sorry about that Anthony I thought I did load the photo. You're right about Alice I don't remember her as being married when I was small. The second photo is of her with the Bennett family in the back of the house in Mayor street off Sherriff street
