Me again, back in Llanfihangel y Creuddyn.  I've just joined this site so working my way through old messages.
A Richard Lloyd of Prignant Isaf who died on 8/4/1900 age 55 was buried at Llan y Creuddyn also in the same grave is a William Lloyd of the same address who died on 5/5/1893 age 19.  I don't know of a Prignant Isaf in Llan y Creuddyn but I know there is a Brignant in Devils Bridge which is pretty near to Yntumtuen.

Just in case anyone has been losing sleep over the whereabouts of the mysterious Richard Lloyd, I can now reveal that dogged trawling through every ships passenger list out of the UK from 1881 onwards, eventually traced him to a silver mining town in Colorado, USA where he started out as a miner, later ran a saloon and died on 17th June 1901. Persistence pays off!
