There are Mary Viney's and Mary Vining's in the 51 Hampshire censuses.

I can't see anything else that fits.

It is tempting to try to see DUNNINGS there, in the context - but no.

So we have a marriage Jan 13th 1849 Bishopstoke Hants
John LANE - father William
Sarah DUNNINGS - father George


You need to take that cert off before the Copyright Editors see it, I'm afraid!

I've just been through Bishop's Stoke 1841 and can't see anyone to match that name. Heading for 1851 now.

FreeBMD has a marriage in the Sept qtr of 1844 in Southampton for
William Vining and on the same page Mary Ann Annetts and Mary Lane

Also there is a birth in the Mar qtr 1853 of a Mary Ann Vining

Bishopstoke is only a few miles from Southampton

Any help?
