How to find a surname

Hi there

I am tracing my family tree and have got stuck.

I found out that my great grandad was married to a woman called Rose but can't find out what her surname was before marriage can anybody help ?

His name was Alfred Arthur Hamilton I know they got married in Fulham in 1893 oct/nov or dec not sure what month.
