Does anyone have knowledge or memories of 'The Little Swan' public House in Wolverhampton of which my parents were landlord and -lady from c.1942-1946.?
Pemberton, Berrisford, Jackson, Brammall, Hodkinson, Stanley, O'Malley.Davies.

Many thanks for that Willow-I am familiar with those sources but welcome just the same.  You're researching 'Jones' I see.  My maternal grandmother's maiden name was Frances Edith Jones ('Fanny'), born January 15th 1887, died in 1933.  Fanny was born in Wolverhampton and lived there during her life.  She owned a corner shop or two-Shepherd Street and Evans Street, I think? ;)

Forgot to say I found that the landlord in 1830 was a Thomas Dean so it was quite an old pub
