Going back to Berriew, Newtown and Welshpool though.

My Nannas side is from this area too My Grandad (Billy) Bennets wife.

She is Gwenda Lee. Son of John Lee and Salina May Baverstock.

Got the tree for her. Just interested in any stories or pictures.

Yes anything you know and where they are likeley to be from,is the McDonough name Irish/Scottish?

McDonough is from Ireland. Cork I think. My Grandfather James McDonough comes from South Shields originally and I think prior to that roots in Ireland. He dies on September 11th 2002. Not sure exact age.

He married Ruth Kane. I think she has Irish roots also. BNut from what I know she was Burnley born (will double check).

My Nanna Gwenda Lee I would like info on her family too if possible.

yeah  thats the right family. Kaine not Kane my mistake.

Balmforth is her mother yes.

Ruth still lives in Blackpool. Anything you can find on these would be great.
