Hi there i am tracing my ggg grandfather and i think i have found an index to his medal card on TNA website, if anyone could take a look mfor me i would be very happy

No need to go to Kew for this.  The medal cards are on Ancestry.

Even better WW1 records on Ancestry (including the medal cards) are available free this week (until the 14th).

However, the card doesn't hold anything useful apart from the information you already have and that he was entitled to the British War Medal and Victory Medal.  There is no date of entry into a theatre of war - so it was 1916 or later.
