Hepburn Family

Hi all,
although I am not a beginner I am stuck with my Hepburn ancestors.
Would love to find a link to James Earl of Bothwell and family.
I have g.g.g. grandfather John Hepburn living in  Bloomsbury
London.
He and wife Elizabeth christened three sons at Holborn.
1806, 1809, 1813.
National Archives has Sun assurance for 1826.
My grandmother had a prize book from Seaham Durham Sunday School for her father Edward Hepburn, although he lived in Clerkenwell London.
Any help greatly appreciated.
