William COOMBE/S baptism

William Coombes was born about 1802 in Germans Week.  Does anyone have access to parish records to look up his baptism?

I am also trying to find a marriage for him to Jane, who died in Cornwall in 1846, (so it is possible that they married in Cornwall rather than Devon).

Any help appreciated.  Thanks
