Hi Sue

Paul beat me to it !

There's nearly 30 Anthony/Tony Flemings listed on friendsreunited.   I think to contact anyone on the site you'd have to join though (about a tenner I think).

And about 30 on GenesReunited too (although I think we can discount the Anthony born in the 1500s).

There is an Anthony John Fleming listed by someone called Janette.  Have you any more information on Anthony and I can send her a message to see if her Tony's the right one for you?
(I belong to GenesReunited)

Sue

I have already mailed the possible ones on Friends Reunited (as discussed off message board) but so far none have replied- wrong person maybe?
Or just didn't want to know  :o

I'll mail you as soon as I hear anything.

Hi Sue

You could try contacting neighbours who may know of Anthony's whereabouts after he moved.  As they would have known him, they may be more likely to know more than the current occupiers if he is no longer at that address.  Perhaps send a letter to a couple of neighbouring properties (enclosing a stamped addressed envelope) and include your phone number/email address and explain exactly why you are looking for him.

Best wishes

Hi Sue

There's also a message on the Fleming message boards from GenesReunited from someone called Eion Fleming - she is specifically trying to trace Anthony John Fleming too.

Her husband is Robert, father Michael?

I can make contact with her for you if you don't already know her.

Hi woodyw

There is someone on GR who has Michael John in their tree (Suzanna) and I have left them a message asking them to look at this thread ... fingers crossed!

Paul
