Could someone please find for me....
WILLIAM JOSEPH (OR GEORGE) DELMONT.
Born Sept 1st  1846.
I don't know which county. He was put on board a ship at age 9 in Hull.
Perhaps he is on the 1851 census somewhere?
He died  1916, in Sydney, Australia, after being a Captain of a Ketch in South Australia.

Not much luck with your query the only thing I could see was 1841 William Delmond age 15 from Ireland boarding in Liverpool his job looked like mariner.
Nothing similar in 1851.
