Its a nice easy map,but no it isn't mentioned I found T.H Hignett in the Cheshire directories in Chester, thats all the address given.As there only a few Hignett in chester he might be related.I am trying to go down my tree,if the address was still there i was hoping to look at the voting registers.My Nee Jones Came back home to chester

Are you sure it is not Hough Green? In the 1914 Directory there is a Thomas Shandon Hignett in Hough Green, now the A5104. There is no number for his house but it is on the south side before number 13.

Yes i am sure the T.H.Hignett is at that address in 1902/6/10
The only thing I can think of is the name was changed.Unfortunately our libraries don't have any 1900's for All of Cheshire or I could it up.

I did another search last night I did find a Hough Gardens but it was Garden on the Chester Road but it hasn't been there long and it is a Garden.Thanks for help though
