The 1881 census shows Rose, William and a 9 year old Robert at Leeds but I'm not sure where the parents are.

http://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin/sse.dll?db=uki1881&indiv=try&h=24912603
RG11/4533 78 27

1891 shows widowed Emma living in Leeds with William and Robert.
