I am researching my great great grandfather, Thomas Costigan. He was a son of William Costigan and Mary Mooney born August 18, 1844 in Dunkerrin, Co. Offaly, Ireland. He also had siblings named William and Honor (brother and sister). William Costigan and Mary Mooney married Nov. 21, 1833

Hello Neal,

William Costigan is mentioned in Griffith's Valuation of Offaly which took place in 1854.
